Simplicity is best!!!!

I wash and detangle my hair every Saturday (wash day, will also clarify when needed) (will use my fingers most times and maybe a comb when needed)

I am a firm believer of the LOC method (liquid, oil, conditioner)

I deep condition every week

When styling for twist outs or braid outs, I still follow the LOC method and prep hair in a damp state (soaking wet hair takes forever to dry)
I use which ever styling cream or butter to prep my twists/braids.

I do not use any heat on my head (I believe in allowing my hair to air dry)

I sleep with a satin pillowcase, satin scarf or satin bonnet.

I do a hot oil treatment every two weeks (opposite of my deep conditioning weeks)

My main goal is to ALWAYS keep my hair clean and well moisturized!
